Productivity BoostWho would have thought working less hours meant getting more done?  That’s why we have drugs in the world!  Right?

In today’s hectic environment it’s quite common to find yourself needing more hours in the day.  Who hasn’t wished for more hours in their day at some point in their life?

Having a to-do list that just doesn’t get completed, not being able to make that movie showing or having time to hit the gym because there is just too much else to get done?  Too many hours at work, too many errands and chores to be done after work, finding time for the kids, for your spouse, your friends, or your hobbies…

We all have no end of things to do in our daily lives, and as well as we balance our time, there are always things we wished we had done that day before going to bed, right?

Well, what if there was a way you could have the following benefits:

I know it’s not technically a drug in any literal sense, but the solution to this problem is called Sleep.  Real, actual, that-stuff-you-used-to-do-at-night-before-life-got-so-busy, sleep.

Sleep is one of the most essential functions in life, paramount to eating and breathing, it’s just something we can’t live without.

The problem is that, for many people, sleep is something they skip on in an effort to have more awake-hours to get things done in.

Ironically, skipping sleep makes us  less alert, less focused, and less productive – skipping sleep defeats the very point of skipping sleep.

Getting appropriate amounts of sleep is one of the best productivity boosters available, and combined with good prioritization skills and planning abilities you are well on your way to a productive life.
